Jungle Shots

Death stare!

This image was shot by Viaan in Jim Corbett National Park, in April 2024. Though it may not even be angry, birds of prey such as this changeable hawk- eagle often appear to be frightening. If you look towards the bottom of the photo, you will notice the sharp talons this bird has. The changeable hawk- eagle is called so because of the several stages of it’s life, where it goes through many different changes, such as color, appearance, and size. This bird is found mainly in India, but also in some other nearby countries of Asia.
